Procedure
• Jewels undergo hallmarking at Assaying and Hallmarking Centers. Details such as BIS registration number, jewel description, weight, purity, and consignment weight are conveyed. Fees vary Rs.200 minimum per consignment and Rs.35 per jewel for gold, and Rs.150 minimum per consignment and Rs.25 per jewel for silver.
• Maintain a register of consignments sent to AHC, signed by an authorized representative for five years post-hallmarking.

• A Certificate of incorporation and a Certificate of commencement of business issued by the Registrar of Companies (RoC).
• Address proof and identity proof of the promoters
• Latest Income Tax Return filed
• Latest Financial Statements, certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Latest Form AOC-4 filed with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
